“Fun Day Out!”
By cizzy123 (a TripAdvisor Member) on May 1, 2014
The graffiti tour with Gill was highly interesting! I knew nothing about street art before the tour but Gill made it very interesting and accessible. As a tour guide she was extremely knowledgeable and approachable, continually asking if we had any questions / opinions. Where some people in the group knew about street art, she was very interested in learning more.
Overall, this tour is definitely value for money and made me look at graffiti / street art in a whole new light!

I booked the 2 hour walking tour through Time Out as a Birthday present for my husband. The two friendly guides from Yorkshire ensured that the tour was informative and entertaining. They were knowledgeable about the areas street art history and contextual background, The sunny, mild March weather helped. I'm a North Londoner and really enjoyed exploring a part of my home city which is changing really fast. It held the interest of my children aged 12 and 16, initially reluctant participants but who thought the whole experience was really cool!

“Graffiti walking tour in Shoreditch”
By Goolia2772 (a TripAdvisor member) on March 31, 2014
I booked this as a Xmas present for my boyfriend as he's a big fan of street art, in particular Banksy. We were not disappointed. Our guide john was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of background information on each of the artists and the piece of work. The slight downside is that if you are in a group getting on for near 30 people it gets quite difficult to get some decent photos without getting left behind. If you are a keen photographer like myself, be prepared to shoot and run, watch out for moving traffic and be warned that no-one seems to have any photo etiquette on these tours so be ready to fight for your shot. I was and got some amazing photos!

“Afternoon well spent! ”
By Derbyda (a TripAdvisor Member) on March 4, 2014
Recently I went on a street- art walking tour with my wife and children and we all had a great time. Brick lane has been an area I've been meaning to visit for years and the art work there was great. The tour guide Frankie was friendly and got some brilliant pictures , to compare with other bits of work I've seen around the world

Great tour of the Shoreditch and Brick Lane area, plenty of graffiti/street art to be seen and some history to be heard. Our guide Gill was really friendly, knowledgeable and made the tour very interesting, relaxed and professional. The tour is suitable for all ages and was very cool.

The Scots are the best!
By Isabella on March 4, 2014
Hi everyone! I definitely recommend this tour and if you can, get John the Scottish guy to take you around. He was absolutely great! not only extremely knowledgable but also fun and full of small interesting anecdotes. He took us around and showed us amazing pieces of this wonderful art that is graffiti for more than 2h which passed by as a heart bit. I wish there was a way to know when he will be doing this tour again as I would love to take my other Italian friends along.

Frankie from the North of England was our tour guide and made the tour for us.
We learned a lot about graffiti artists and styles and Frankie knew a great deal on the subject and was full of enthusiasum and humour. I would go on more walking tours if they were all like this.
One of the best StreetArt tours ive been on
By Martin (Southampton) on February 22, 2014
i took the Street Art tour yesterday and i have to say that without a doubt it was one of the best art tours i have ever been on including gallery exhibitions. Our guide not only had a knowledge of the artists and their work but he also showed a true interest in what we were being shown, which is rare when on organised tours.
i will definitely take this tour again with my son in the summer, any fan of graffiti/urban art should take this tour.
A new world

I shall look at Graffiti with a new eye now. An excellent tour with an excellent guide. John spoke clearly and made eye contact (which is lacking in so many guides), he gave everyone on the tour time to take photos and time to catch up for those not so nimble! I consider I learnt a lot on this tour and will continue to praise it to all I meet. Well done!
