The cost of delivery will be as stated on the website at the time of order. The couriers operate a Monday to Friday service between 9am - 5pm and a specific time slot cannot be specified.

Please note during busy periods such as seasonal sale and Christmas, shipping may take longer.

We will endeavor to deliver any items which have been pre-ordered as soon as they become available from manufacture, on ordering we will email you with the expected date; however this may be subject to change due to circumstances out with our control. We will keep you updated on any changes to the delivery date and you can request a refund at any point up to the dispatch date at which the normal returns policy will apply.

If you have ordered several products at one time we may deliver such products on different days at no extra shipping cost to you.

Returns Policy
We hope you are happy with your order from us but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will then issue a refund or will happily exchange the item for a different item or size if preferred.

Only items purchased directly from thecelebrityplanet.com may be returned to us.
All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
Please be very careful if using scissors to open your package. Returns with scissor marks will not be accepted.
Please be careful when trying products on, for example, please ensure you are not wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant or anti-perspirant which may leave marks on the product. We will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for re-sale.

Delivery charges are non refundable unless the garment purchased is faulty/incorrect.
Celebrity Planet does not accept responsibility for mis-ordered styles or sizes - what is printed on the invoice is what you have committed to buy.

We will only accept items returned within 14 days from the date your order was dispatched. We are however willing to make exceptions in some circumstances but please contact [email protected] before returning the item.

A polite request, please fold returns neatly before sending them back to us.

How do I return an item to you?

Step 1
Please complete your returns form which can be found on the reverse of the invoice which will have arrived with your tee. Please make sure you fill in all your details as required so that we can link your return with your original order. If you have misplaced this; please include a covering letter stating your name, address, email address and order number and let us know which item/s you are returning and if you would prefer a refund or exchange.

Step 2
Please send the item/s you wish to return along with your completed returns form to:

Please note, the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Shipping costs on any non-damaged or non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns for Refund
We will issue your refund within 3 working days of receipt of your return. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirming this. Please then allow a further 3 working days for the refund to be credited to your card, this is dictated by your bank or card issuer. Delivery charges are non refundable unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item from us.
Returns for exchange
We will process your return within 3 working days of receipt however the vast majority are processed the same day they are received. You will receive an e-mail to confirm your return has been processed and your exchange shipped. Please expect it within 2 working days from when the e-mail was received. If you have not received it within 5 working days, please contact us.
Faulty Items
If the item you received is faulty, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please e-mail [email protected] quoting your name, order number and details of the product received. We will then advise on how to proceed. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
Incorrect items
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please e-mail [email protected] quoting your name, order number and details of the incorrect product received. We will then advise on how to proceed. You have 14 days from receipt of the incorrect item to return it to us.
Discount codes & vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Besttours for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your name, address and order number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s) by post to the address above. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

While every effort is made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Slight variations can also be dependent on calibration of individual screens. The material displayed on this website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Besttours warrants that all goods supplied are to the best of their knowledge of satisfactory quality, fit for the purpose for which they are supplied and are free of any defects due to materials, design, or workmanship.

Privacy & Security

Besttours take a great deal of care in ensuring that information which we obtain about you is treated appropriately and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not sell your personal information to any third parties.

We use the information that we collect about you to:

a) Process your order expeditiously and efficiently.

b) In order to enable the goods to be delivered to you we have to pass on your address to our third party couriers. If it is in our possession we will also pass on details of your telephone number in order to allow our couriers to contact you directly in the event of a query regarding delivery.

c) Contact you regarding forthcoming offers by email only.

d) We might use any pictures or videos, we have been taken during the tour for our marketing use.

We will not telephone you unless the telephone call relates to a particular order that you have made. Credit card and debit card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are only dispatched once authorisation has been obtained.

We may use information concerning you for payment recovery or to investigate any possible fraud in the event that credit or debit card payments have been used in a fraudulent manner. Please note that we may be required to disclose information concerning you if requested to do so by the police.

If you would like to see a copy of the personal data that Besttours hold on you then please write to [email protected], for the attention of the Data Protection Manager. There is a £5 fee for this service to cover our administration costs.
